2007-08: The Saint team Rookie of the Year, Aaron Bogosian had an outstanding freshman season scorng five goals with seven assists for 12 points. Aaron saw action both up front and as a fill-in on defense when injuries created lineup problems. He twice earned ECAC Rookie of the Week honors, on Dec 10 and Jan. 7. He scored his first collegaite point in the season opening 3-2 win over Clarkson and scored his first collegiate goal in a 5-4 win at Ohio State.
A speedy forward who has the size and strenght to play a physical game, Aaron Bogosian will contend for immediate playing time up front for the Saints. Aaron had 13 goals and nine assists for 22 points for the Cedar Rapids Rough Riders last season and broke the season record for shorthanded goals in a season with four.
Personal: The son of Ike and Vicky Bogosian, Aaron attended Cushing Academy and played lacrosse on the team which was runner-up for All New England. He was an honor roll student at Cushing. His father played football at Boston College and Syracuse and his uncle played at West Point . Aaron’s hobbies are fishing, wakeboarding and golf. |
