2007: Donohoe put the finishing touches on his outstanding cross country career at St. Lawrence by earning All-America status with a 6th place finish at the NCAA Championships behind a time of 24:45 which was a new personal best. The Boxford, MA native logged four top-2 finishes including an individual win at the "Cardinal Classic" hosted by Plattsburgh State. He managed to finish in the top-10 in every race in 2007, and is the 15th All-American in the program's storied history.

2006: Erik was Liberty League individual champion for the second straight season and won his first four races of the season. He was Liberty League Runner of the Week four times. He ran into injury problems late in the season, but despite running at less than 100 percent, qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championships and finished 135th in the nationals. He earned Liberty League All Academic honors for the second straight year.

2005: Erik earned Liberty League Runner of the Year honors with an outstanding sophomore season which included five designations as Liberty League Runner of the Week. He was the Liberty League individual champion and finished second in the NYSCTC championship. He was second at Oswego and seventh at Saratoga in other top ten finishes and was the top Saint finisher with a 25th in the NCAA Reigonal.

2004: Eric had an excellent start to his rookie season in cross country, but had his season cut short by an injury. He was a top ten finisher in each of his first three races, fourth at Oswego, third at Middlebury and ninth in the Hoffmann Invitational. He came back strong in indoor and outdoor track and was the Liberty League outdoor 1500 champion.
