Kevin Farr enters his seventh season on the sideline with the Saints and his sixth as the defensive coordinator and coaching the inside linebackers. In his first season with the Saints, Farr acted as the Secondary coach. In January 2002, Farr was promoted to the defensive coordinator position and has rebuilt the Saints defense into one of the most aggressive and productive unit in the conference. St.Lawrence players are consistently among the defensive leaders in the conference in tackles, tackles for loss, sacks, and turnover ratio. Thirteen of Farr’s defensive players have earned all-conference honors in his first four seasons on the staff.
After finishing his playing career at Hobart College in 1999, Farr joined the coaching ranks as the outside linebackers coach at Siena College. In 2000, Farr joined the coaching staff at the University of New Hampshire, coaching the outside linebackers.
A 1999 graduate of Hobart College, Farr played defensive back for the Statesmen. He was a three-sport athlete in high school, competing in football, wrestling and lacrosse.
