2006: Lewis played a back-up role at running back.

At Oxford Academy/ Central School

 Lewis was a three-sport high school athlete in football, track and basketball. As captain of the varsity football team, Lewis was named an All-County All-Star, All-League All-Star, Section IV All-Star and Division All-Star. He was selected to play in the Ernie Davis All-Star game and was a member of the National Honor Society.
