2006: Colas played in a back-up role at linebacker.

At Coral Springs High School

Colas participated in football and wrestling. He captained the Varsity football team and received the "Team Before Me" Award. Off the field he received the Gary Scanlon Memorial Scholarship for excellence in academics.
