2007: Jen was a first-team All Liberty League selection at back and was a key player on the Saint penalty corner unit as a sophomore. She scored four goals including one on a penalty stroke and assisted on another in addition to leading the team with nine defensive saves. She was a two-time Liberty League Defensive Player of the Week, Oct. 8 and 22 and was named womensfieldhockey.com's Division III Player of the Week Oct. 22.

2006: Jen played in eight games for the Saints as a first year collegiate player and scored her first collegiate goal on a penalty stroke and it was the game winner in a 5-3 win over Susquehanna.

At Mt. Abraham Union High School

A three-sport athlete, Jennifer also played basketball and softball in addition to field hockey. She was captain of the field hockey team as a senior and the Addison Independent Player of the Year as a senior. She also made All Metro as a sophomore, junior and senior. Her team was a four-time state champion and she made the 2006 Twin State All Star team. She also captained the softball and basketball teams and earned all star honors in both sports. A member of the National Honor Society, she was an honor roll student throughout her high school career.
