Leckonby Stadium and Merrick-Pinkard Track and Field Complex

The gates to Leckonby Stadium (above) lead to both Weeks Field, a grass game-field used by the

St. Lawrence University football squad, and the Merrick-Pinkard Track and Field Complex.

Leckonby Stadium provides seating for both facilities as well as press boxes

for media and game-managment staff members.

Weeks Field (left) provides the Saints' football team with a beautiful grass turf for home games. The field is one of the most durable in the Northeast, as it's draining capacity allows it to keep under harsh weather conditions.

The Merrick-Pinkard Track and Field Complex (above) boasts a state-of-the-art nine lane, 400m Martin ISS 1000 polyurethane track. The complex is lit by four multi-level lighting units, while the field includes a discus circle, two long and two triple jump East/West oriented sand pits, two javelin runways, a high jump area, four pole vault runways, and a dual-circle shot put area. Adjacent to the facility, which hosted the 2003 Division III NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, is a brushed-concrete hammer circle.
