2007: Howard had a very solid rookie campaign on the slopes for St. Lawrence, collecting four top-30 finishes as a first year student. The Shelburne, VT native scored a 25th place finish in her first collegiate race at St. Michael's (GS), and followed with a 30th and 29th place finishes at UNH in the Giant Slalom and Slalom, respectively. Howard then posted a 26th place showing in the Giant Slalom at the UVM Carnival.

At Champlain Valley Union
Howard was a tri-sport athlete, participating on the soccer, skiing, and lacrosse teams. The Shelburne, VT native, who had an oustanding fall season with the Saints women's soccer squad, also had an impressive career on the lacrosse field, where she was All-State for two seasons and was All-Metro for three. Howard's accomplishments carried over into the classroom where she was awarded the George Tormey Scholarship and the Director's Award. While at St. Lawrence, Howard plans to study Pre-Med.
