The mission of the Student Financial Services Office is to provide centralized financial services to students and families. Student billing and collection of tuition and fees, campus wide accounts, meal bank accounts, and student loan processing are a few key functions of this team.

Electronic Billing has come to St. Lawrence University!

EBILL - Registered User First Time User - Enroll Now

St. Lawrence University is pleased to introduce electronic billing. Select the "Register for Ebill" link and follow the simple enrollment instructions.

* Be sure to include the email address where you would like to receive monthly notification of future bills.

* Once you have created your account use the "Shared Access" feature in the My Profile section to add parents or other individuals to the account for notification and payment.

* Once you have set up your online account use your username and password to log on to the site, view and pay your St. Lawrence Lawrence bill.

* By default you will begin receiving your bills electronically. You may choose to "opt in" to paper billing in the My Profile page of the site by checking Mail printed invoices.

* Online payment options include withdrawal from a checking or savings account, or by charging the balance to a credit card.

* If you prefer to send a check please print out the ebill bill and include it with your payment and send to the processing address listed on the bill.

* Your fall semester and spring semester bills will be mailed to your home address as well as created as ebills for your records.

The middle link allows for making payments to be applied to student tuition bills. The link to the right allows for on-line deposits to Community-Wide Accounts, on-line deposits to meal banks and/or view the activity on campus wide account and/or meal bank.

The North Country Savings Bank branch located on the top floor of St. Lawrence University's Student Center, accepts cash and check payments on student accounts, will cash personal checks up to $200 for students and employees, cash checks issued by St. Lawrence University, and provide banking services to anyone with an account at their institution. There are two ATM machines located on campus; one near the mail room in the Student Center and the other at the Brewer Bookstore. Bank hours during the academic year are Monday-Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bank hours during the summer are Monday-Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There is a book available in the Student Financial Services Office that students may borrow. It is called A Money-management Guide for Students, Financial Basics by Susan Knox.
