Campus and Facilities
St. Lawrence University comprises 1,000 acres in Canton, New York, plus property on Upper Saranac Lake in the Adirondacks used as a conference center for campus groups and a vacation site for alumni. Much of the property remains pristine, exemplifying the long-held commitment to the environment.

In 1997, St. Lawrence University launched a 10-year initiative that reflects support for excellence across the curriculum, a commitment to the quality and increased size of the faculty, a focus on well-balanced, student-centered campus life and an historic investment in renovated and new facilities. Over $180 million has been invested in the campus buildings and grounds to support student achievement.

Dining Services
Relatively few colleges might cite dining services as one of their important sources of student satisfaction, but St. Lawrence does so with pride. A selfoperated program, Dining Services has won national recognition for its customer orientation that is evinced by wide menu choices, nutritional counseling, caring staff, and commitment to purchasing locally as much as possible.
