Hindi Tutor

St. Lawrence University invites applications for a part-time, temporary position for a Hindi Language Tutor.  Required to provide small group tutoring to students in the Hindi Self-Study program at St. Lawrence University, this position will meet with students three times/week, assist students in improving academic achievement by clarifying learning problems and working on study skills, as well as related assistance including correcting homework & quizzes, reviewing material, discussing the text, test questions, and creating handouts.
Qualifications: Fluency in Hindi language. Related experience preferred.  Demonstrated ability to be responsible, dependable, mature, friendly, patient and sensitive to a diversity of students.
