Food Service Generalist
St. Lawrence University is seeking to fill a full time, seasonal Food Service Generalist position in Dining Services. Tasks include line attendant, salad maker, baking, cooking, and general kitchen duties. Prepares food items, according to documented recipes in the area assigned and contributes to the total function of the dining services operation in a positive manner. Work schedule is a combination of day and evening shifts, including weekend work. Qualifications: High School diploma (or equivalent) required. Prior experience is preferred. Ability to operate cash register, standard cooking and dish washing equipment and other mechanical devices utilized in food service operation.
