Sociology (Environmental)
Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor

The Department of Sociology at St. Lawrence University invites applications for a 2-year visiting position in Environmental Sociology at the rank of Assistant Professor or Instructor to begin August 2013.  Contribution to the Department’s introductory level courses is expected.  Elective courses are determined in consultation with the Department Chair.  The teaching load is 3 courses each semester.  St. Lawrence University and the Department of Sociology provide supportive environments for the development of teaching and research.  Candidates with a Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered.  For additional information about the Sociology Department, please visit http://www.stlawu.edu/academics/programs/sociology.
