My name is Nikitta Johnson, and I am a junior here at SLU. I was born in Guyana, a country on the South American coast. I lived there for most of my life until my family moved to Lithonia, Georgia. One day I hope to return to Guyana and serve as President. For now, I am involved in groups on campus such as The Advocates, CareFree Black Girls, and The Fashion Club. I am also a Multicultural Ambassador in the Admissions Office. My most important position on campus thus far is that of Community Assistant. I meet so many different people who I am able to learn from. I like being able to build community and making students feel like SLU truly is their home for these four years.
