2008-2009 SLU Fellows Program Application Instructions

A complete SLU Fellows Program Application includes:

• A completed St. Lawrence University Fellows Program Application form.
• A proposal described following the Fellowship Proposal Guidelines.
• An unofficial transcript.
• A completed Mentor Recommendation Form.
• A completed Faculty Recommendation Form.

The St. Lawrence University Fellows Program Application, the Mentor Recommendation Form and the Faculty Recommendation Form should be completed electronically.  To complete these forms, click in the text box and begin typing.  The completed forms should be saved on your computer, then forwarded as an attachment to Nancy Bovay at acadean@stlawu.edu.

The proposal must be an MSWord or pdf document and should also be forwarded to acadean@stlawu.edu.

The deadline for application is Wednesday, February 25, 2009.
