Grade Changes: Standard and Incomplete "E" Grades
Directions below are for faculty only.
Standard Grade Changes
- Download and sign a grade change form. Make sure that all requested information is legibly completed including student name & ID; course prefix, number and section. Forms with incomplete information may be returned to you for completion.
- Acquire the signatures of the:
- department chairperson and
- Dean of Academic Affairs
- Deliver to the registrar's office.
Incomplete "E" Grade Changes
- Download and sign a grade change form. Make sure that all requested information is legibly completed including student name & ID; course prefix, number and section. Forms with incomplete information may be returned for completion.
- Deliver completed form to the registrar's office.
- Please note:
- "E" grades roll to a 0.00 grade after six weeks.
- Changes done after the deadline must be submitted on a grade change form with all required signatures.
Note: All grade changes must be hand delivered by a St. Lawrence employee (including campus mail) to the Dean of Academic Affairs. Forms delivered by a student will not be accepted.
