Registration: Graduate Students

Students should view the current Graduate Announcement online in order to determine registration dates and procedures for enrollment.  Registration for on-campus courses is conducted on special registration days announced in the Graduate Announcement issued prior to the opening of each semester. Registration for off-campus extension courses is during the first class meeting of the course.  Graduate Announcement availability is during April for fall term and December for spring term.  Summer graduate courses are listed in the Summerterm program listing available online in March at the Summerterm homepage.  Matriculated students may pre-register prior to the special registration days and are given priority in the registration process.

A properly completed graduate student registration card must be submitted to the Registrar's Office to register in classes.  All fields on the front and back of the form must be completed for each registration term.  This includes name, SLU id number, program/track, session, course (including prefix, number and section), signatures and all contact information on the back of the form.  Cards missing information will be returned to the student for proper completion.
