Internship
Students must complete an internship approved by the Pre-Management Program Coordinator.

Career Development Plan
Students are required to develop a career development plan with a professional advisor in Career Services and Leadership Education. This should be done, ideally, in the first semester of junior year. |

Recommended Components:
Students are encouraged to participate in the Shadow-A-Saint Program either during a winter or spring break, and to obtain a career mentor.
Attendance at on-campus and off-campus networking events with alumni is strongly encouraged.
Students should attend meetings with employers on campus hosting Company Information Sessions
Students are asked to seek leadership positions on campus.
Students should attend workshops and training sessions to improve their leadership and computing skills.
