Subject: In Memory of Beverly Odendahl
We have learned of the death on March 23 of Beverly J. Odendahl, who retired in 2010 from St. Lawrence after 20 years in Facilities Operations, and one year in Dining Services.
Dan Seaman, chief facilities officer, remembers Beverly as “one who did her work, cleaning and caring for many different buildings throughout campus, quietly, behind the scenes, and very well. She shared her love of family, sewing and knitting with co-workers.”
We extend deepest sympathies to Beverly’s husband Alvin, their four children and 14 grandchildren, as well as the many friends and colleagues at St. Lawrence who mourn this loss. The family has asked that for those so inclined, memorial contributions may be made out to either the American Cancer Society, or Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley; 6805 US Highway 11 Potsdam, NY 13676. Friends and family are welcome to call Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the Phillips Memorial Home, Waddington from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. There will be no services to follow.
As is our tradition, we have created a Memorial Web Page for your messages of condolence and memories.
