Kate Wells P'23, '25

Kate joined the Laurentian Engagement & Annual Giving team in August 2024 as Associate Director of LEAG. In this role, she serves as the liaison for the St. Lawrence University Parents Committee and collaborates with colleagues, parents, and students on the Capstone Gift Program, along with various other initiatives aimed at engaging parents and families.

Before joining St. Lawrence, Kate spent 17 years in Academic Affairs at North Country Community College’s Malone, NY campus, where she served as Coordinator of the Learning Assistance Center until her retirement in 2023.

Kate has served as a parent volunteer for St. Lawrence University’s Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams. Her husband, Chris ’92, is the Head Coach of the University’s Women’s Hockey team.

A lifelong resident of Canton, NY, Kate lives with her husband, Chris. They have three children: Laura ’23, Bobby’25, and Sarah.

In her free time, Kate enjoys traveling, attending sporting events to support her children’s and husband’s teams, and spending time knitting, cooking, and being with family and friends.
