ALUMNI REUNION AT SLU JUNE 2-4

CANTON - A variety of educational, recreational and social events 
are planned for Alumni Reunion Weekend at St. Lawrence University, 
June 2 through 4. Over 1,000 people are expected to attend.
	This year, in addition to reunions of specific classes, special 
reunions will also be held for those who were members of the Singing 
Saints men's chorus over the years, and for alumni in communications fields.
	Seminars with University faculty, staff and alumni are planned 
throughout the weekend, in addition to campus tours, a talk by President 
Daniel F. Sullivan, trips to area attractions and the traditional Parade 
of Classes.
	Saturday morning, Alumni Citations will be awarded to:
	- Richard Spooner '44, Southampton, New York, a retired high school 
principal and former mayor of Southampton
	- Frederick Campbell '65, of St. Paul, Minnesota, auxiliary bishop 
of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis
	- Kimberly Whitehead Puckett '86, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, 
co-founder of Caribou Coffee
	- Walter Findeisen '52 (posthumously)
	In addition, Brian McMurray '74, an assistant professor of 
emergency medicine at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, 
will receive the Sol Feinstone Humanitarian Award.
