Noon in the Chapel Presents the Music of Bach
St. Lawrence University’s Noon in the Chapel will continue its 2017-18 concert series with the second of its “Organ Masters” concerts, featuring the music of Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). The performance, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, in Gunnison Memorial Chapel.
Sondra Goldsmith Proctor, St. Lawrence’s organist and musician-in-residence, will perform "Trio Sonata in E-flat Major,” “Concerto I in G Major” as well as chorale preludes.
Parking for chapel events will be in H-Lot, across from Griffiths Arts Center and next to Vilas Hall. There also will be a drop-off location and limited handicapped parking spaces in front of Richardson Hall and at the front of the chapel.
