'DREAMING THE FUTURE' TOPIC FOR NILES LECTURE AT ST. LAWRENCE

CANTON – Kelly Bulkeley will deliver the Niles Memorial Lecture on Science 
and Religion at St. Lawrence University on Monday, March 1, at 7:30 p.m. in 
Herring-Cole Hall, on the topic "Religion and Brain-Mind Science: Dreaming 
the Future." The event is open to the public, free of charge.
	Bulkeley teaches in the Graduate Theological Union and at John F. 
Kennedy University, both in the San Francisco Bay area. He is the author of 
several books on dreams, religion and psychology, including The Wilderness of 
Dreams, An Introduction to the Psychology of Dreaming and Visions of the Night. 
	A former president of the Association for the Study of Dreams, 
Bulkeley is an officer in the Person, Culture and Religion Group of the American 
Academy of Religion. He is also on the editorial boards of the journals Dreaming 
and Religious Studies Review. 
	Bulkeley earned the Ph.D. from the University of Chicago Divinity School, an 
M.T.S. from Harvard Divinity School and a bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
