'KALEIDOSCOPE' DIVERSITY CELEBRATION SET AT SLU

CANTON - A campus-wide multicultural celebration called Kaleidoscope will take place at St. Lawrence University on Friday, March 2, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Gulick Theatre. The event, in its second year, involves members of a variety of campus organizations and theme residences, as well as individuals, in brief performances, all of which celebrate diversity. The event is open to the public, free of charge.

Participating organizations include the African Student Union; Black Student Union; South Asia Bollywood and Holiday Association; First Peoples Student Alliance; Hip Hop and Beyond; International House; Pink Triangle House; Ray Ross House; Swingin' Saints; the Laurentian Singers; the Gospel Choir; the Singing Saints; the Singing Sinners; and others.

Planned performances include fashion shows, songs, skits, dance and bilingual presentations.
