JOHN DANIEL WRAPS UP ST. LAWRENCE WRITERS SERIES

CANTON - Viebranz Visiting Professor of Creative Writing John Daniel will give the final appearance in the St. Lawrence University Writers Series, on Thursday, April 27, at 8 p.m. in the Common Room of Sykes Residence Hall. The event is open to the public, free of charge.

Daniel is the author of Rogue River Journal: A Winter Alone and Looking After: A Son's Memoir. His other books include an essay collection, The Trail Home, and two volumes of poetry, Common Ground and All Things Touched by Wind. He has been a Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, held a creative writing fellowship from the National Endowment for Arts, and served as Distinguished Writer-in-Residence at St. Mary's College in California.
