JAMIESON TO SIGN BOOKS AT SLU HOMECOMING

CANTON -- Professor of English Emeritus Paul F. Jamieson will 
sign copies of his books in Brewer Bookstore at St. Lawrence 
University during Homecoming Weekend.
	Jamieson will be in the bookstore on Saturday, September 
25, at 3 p.m. to sign copies of his books. The event is open to 
the public and refreshments will be served.
	A professor at St. Lawrence from 1929 to 1965, Jamieson is 
the author of a 1992 memoir titled Uneven Ground, as well as collections 
of articles about the region, The Adirondack Reader, Adirondack 
Pilgrimage and Adirondack Canoe Waters -- North Flow.
	Homecoming Weekend will take place on campus from September 
24 through 26.
