'GEAR SWAP' ORGANIZED BY OUTDOOR PROGRAM AT SLU

CANTON - St. Lawrence University's Outdoor Program will hold 
a ski and outdoor equipment "gear swap" for people to buy and sell 
used outdoor equipment on Thursday, November 7 in the Formal Lounge 
of the E.J. Noble University Center from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Anyone 
interested in selling equipment should bring items to the Formal 
Lounge between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m., to be tagged. Unsold equipment 
must be picked up after the sale, by 6:30 p.m.
	Equipment to be sold will include canoes; packs; tents; 
sleeping bags; clothing; downhill, cross country and telemark 
skis; and miscellaneous field gear. Firearms and climbing 
protection will not be accepted for the sale.
	All sales are final; the Outdoor Program does not accept 
responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged equipment. Unsold items 
not picked up after the sale will be considered donations to 
the Outdoor Program.
