English Prof. Book Excerpt Published in Food Journal

An excerpt from a book written by Paul Graham, professor and chair of English, In Memory of Bread (Clarkson Potter/Penguin-Random House, 2016), was published in The Best Food Writing 2017, edited by Holly Hughes.

This is the third time in six years Graham has been selected for the anthology, which is published annually by Da Capo Books.
