SLU STUDENTS PRESENT COLLABORATIVE MULTIMEDIA WORKS

CANTON – Students in the St. Lawrence University course Collaboration Across
the Arts will present collaborative multimedia works developed during the
fall semester on Thursday, December 2, at 8 p.m. in Gilbert Recital Hall,
Griffiths Arts Center. The event is open to the public, free of charge.
Offered jointly by the departments of music, fine arts and speech
and theatre, Collaboration Across the Arts provides students from different
backgrounds the opportunity to work together on creative projects of their
own design. Because of this, the direction of the course is determined to
a great extent by the unique combination of students who participate. This
semester's students have developed a diverse group of projects that
combine video, still images, sound, text and stop-motion animation.
