TWO TRUSTEES ELECTED TO ST. LAWRENCE BOARD

CANTON – Priceline.com President and CEO Jeffery H. Boyd, of Greenwich, 
Connecticut, and James B. Brush, president, CEO and owner of the Sentry 
Group in Rochester, New York, have each been elected to six-year terms on 
the St. Lawrence University Board of Trustees.
	Boyd is a 1978 graduate of the University, earning his degree in 
government. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Priceline.com, 
based in Norwalk, Connecticut, and the Board of Directors of TravelWeb.com, 
based in Dallas, Texas. He has been with Priceline.com since 2000, serving 
in a variety of capacities. Prior to that, he served as executive vice 
president, general counsel and secretary of Oxford Health Plans Inc. and 
as assistant general counsel of Lord Abbett & Co., an investment advisory 
firm. Boyd earned his law degree from Cornell Law School in 1981. He is a 
member of the Board of Trustees of The Brunswick School in Greenwich. As 
a St. Lawrence alumnus, he has served as a Reunion giving volunteer and a 
career advisor, and has spoken at a number of admissions and alumni events. 
Boyd and his wife, Terry, established the Mr. and Mrs. John Scudder Boyd Jr. 
Endowed Scholarship Fund at St. Lawrence in 2002.
	Brush, of Pittsford, New York, graduated from the University in 
1977, earning his degree in economics. He earned a Master of Business 
Administration degree from Northwestern University in 1983. The Sentry Group 
is a manufacturer and marketer of fire-resistant safes, files and cabinetry 
that has a base in Shanghai, China, as well as Rochester. Brush is a member 
of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Rochester, the School 
and Home Office Products Association, the Rochester Area Community 
Foundation and Rochester's Child, an early-childhood education advocacy 
organization. He has been with the Sentry Group since 1986; prior to that, 
Brush worked for IBM Corporation in a variety of positions.
	His father, Jack Brush '50; uncle, Richard F. Brush '52 and grandfather, 
John D. Brush '22, all gave long service to the University as members of the 
Board of Trustees. He and his wife, Cathy Brush '78, have been active in 
fund-raising and alumni activities; Jim Brush has served as chair of the 
President's Associates, Reunion Giving Chair and a member of the National 
Major Gifts Committee.
