Economic Development (Economics/African Studies 336), Globalization Issues (Economics 236), African Economies (African Studies/Economics 228), Trust, Contracts, and Social Networks (Economics 450) in addition to Introduction to Economics (Economics 100) and the intermediate theory courses (Economics 251 and 252).

My research interests: 

Economic development, African economies, minority middleman networks.

Some ways I connect with students outside the classroom: 

I am faculty advisor to the campus chapter of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF).  I'm often on campus with Koufax.  So if you need to pet or play with a dog, please hang out with us.

Fulbright Senior Lecturer, University of Maiduguri, Nigeria.
My hobbies and/or personal interests: 

Playing squash, cross-country skiing, biking, and hiking are among my leisure activities.

I regularly teach courses on Biblically-based principles of personal finances at 57 Market (College LIFE Ministry Center) in Potsdam, as well as participate in the financial counseling ministry at Christian Fellowship Center.

I am also chairman of the Town of Canton's Board of Assessment Review .
