STUDENT ART WORK EXHIBITED IN SLU GALLERY

CANTON -- The Barnes Endowment Annual Student Juried Exhibition 
will be in the Richard F. Brush Art Gallery at St. Lawrence 
University May 2 through June 4. 
	Juror for the exhibition is David Wells, a New York City-based 
artist. He will give a lecture titled "Some Things I Have Seen Recently" 
on Thursday, April 27, at 7 p.m. in Room 123 of the Griffiths Arts 
Center. The event is open to the public, free of charge.
	A public reception for the artists whose work is exhibited will 
be held in the gallery on Tuesday, May 2, at 7 p.m. Any St. Lawrence 
student may submit art work for consideration, in any medium.
