ST. LAWRENCE HOLDS ARTS FACILITIES OPEN HOUSE

CANTON – St. Lawrence University will host an open house of six renovated 
arts spaces in the Griffiths Arts Center and Noble Center on campus, on 
Friday, February 25, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event is open to 
the public, free of charge.
	Presentations and demonstrations will be given by faculty and 
students in the centers' recently renovated fine arts studio, printmaking 
studio, papermaking studio, movement studio, rehearsal and performance 
studio, and, on the lower level, in the music rehearsal and performance 
studio. 
	The completed renovations are the first phase of a plan to improve 
space available for study and practice of the arts, as well as to provide 
better support for the arts curriculum. Among the highlights of the new 
facility are areas that foster collaborative work.
