American Shakespeare Center At SLU Oct. 26-Nov. 1

CANTON - The American Shakespeare Center brings its "Stark Raving Sane Tour" to St. Lawrence University for performances of The Comedy of Errors, Hamlet and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead October 26 through November 1. Tickets, at $5 each, are on sale in the Brewer Bookstore and Student Center on campus.

All performances are in the Eben Holden Center; the performance schedule is:

- Sunday, October 26, 1:30 p.m., The Comedy of Errors
- Monday, October 27, 7:30 p.m., Hamlet
- Tuesday, October 28, 7:30 p.m., Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead
- Wednesday, October 29, 7:30 p.m., The Comedy of Errors
- Friday, October 31, 7:30 p.m., Hamlet
- Saturday, November 1, 7:30 p.m., Hamlet; midnight, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead

The American Shakespeare Center was founded on the idea that reproducing the staging conditions for which Shakespeare wrote can help modern audiences recover the essential vitality of his drama. From the start, the aim of the American Shakespeare Center has been not only to entertain but also to educate, and to entertain and educate as many people as possible.
