Plans are under way to build a new residence hall at St. Lawrence University to house 150 students. Construction is expected to begin this spring and be completed by the fall 2014 semester.
As announced by President William L. Fox, the Board of Trustees has approved building the new hall on a site near the Noble Center and the Quad, following the recommendation of a committee including faculty, staff, students and alumni. The committee voted unanimously in favor of the site after thoroughly reviewing the recommendations outlined in the University's recently completed Facilities Master Plan.
In the coming weeks as the project progress, the University will provide more information at this website, including site plans and renderings as they become available. Please check back regularly for updates.
