Todd Moe
North Country Public Radio morning host and producer Todd Moe will receive one of the St. Lawrence County Arts Council's Arts Recognition Awards, which honor people from the North Country "who have made a significant contribution to the arts and cultural life of our region."

Crane School of Music Professor Paul Siskind will also receive the award, at the council's annual meeting on March 24.

An article in the council's newsletter announcing the award recipients states, "Todd Moe is familiar to folks across the North Country region as the regular host of The 8 O'Clock Hour, the NCPR morning broadcast, and for his lively reports on cultural events and activities around the region. He has taught ballroom dance classes for the SLC Arts Council, and as part of the 'Tango with Todd' events, with co-teacher Megan Dinan and the musicians of Piquant. Todd has a degree in speech and theatre, and has performed with Grasse River Players in productions of Doubt and Where's Charlie?, and done a variety of storytelling and vocal performances with TAUNY, the Community Performance Series, and the Orchestra of Northern New York. Todd is also very active with the Unitarian Universalist Church in Canton, and is currently serving on the church council."
