Suna Stone-McMasters '90, director of the chemical stockroom and environmental health and safety officer, has been elected president of SEHSA Environmental Health and Safety Association of NY, Inc., an organization of professionals dedicated to promoting a culture of safety on campuses throughout New York State.

The organization includes public and private colleges and universities throughout the state. Among its areas of concern, wih regard to ensuring a safe and a healthy campus environment, are employee training, emergency response, environmental compliance, fire safety and other essential programs.
