Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Special Assistant to the President for Equity Programs Sue Cypert presented a workshop at the College and University Performance Conference held in October in Arlington, Virginia.

The conference theme was "measuring, managing and reporting performance to improve results for higher education." The workshop presented by Cypert was on "Measuring Employee Performance for Results," on effective methods and "best practices" systems.
