Shane Williams-Ness '93 has merged her Saratoga, New York, public relations firm, Red Talk, with the capitol-area firm Sawchuck, Brown Associates.

Williams-Ness is a vice president in the merged firm and will focus on new business development, providing senior-level marketing counsel and strategic planning for select clients and managing the Saratoga operation. Before founding her own firm, Williams-Ness had extensive experience in business development, strategic planning and public relations in the corporate sector. She earned her St. Lawrence degree in government, and studied in the University's program in Washington, D.C. Williams-Ness was a member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters at St. Lawrence, and was on the swim team.

Sawchuk, Brown, founded in 1979, specializes in public relations, public affairs and marketing communications.
