Rachel R. May '02, an associate in the Carlton Fields law firm in Tampa, FL,
was included in Tampa Bay Business Journal's "30 Under 30 Class of 2007."
The annual "30 under 30" list is chosen by a panel of independent judges.
May and other honorees will be recognized for their accomplishments at an
event in Tampa on November 8.
May earned her St. Lawrence degree in government, and was a member of the
government honorary society, as well as Delta Delta Delta sorority, the
Panhellenic Council and the Big Brother/Big Sister program. She studied in
both
Washington, D.C., and
London through St. Lawrence's programs.
May is a member of the Carlton Fields' white-collar crime and government
investigations practice group. She has tried cases in the Federal District
Court, as well as argued in front of the United States Court of Appeals
for the Eleventh Circuit. Additionally, May has represented corporations
in internal investigations and advised on compliance with anti-money-laundering
laws. She earned law degree from Stetson University.
