Pi Mu Epsilon, the mathematics honor society, inducted eight new members to the campus chapter on March 10.

New members, from left in the photo above, are Kate Benzing '11, Oke McAndrews '10, Katie Miller '10, Malorie Gardner '10, Meg Howard '10, Daniel Quitt '09, Jacie Hasenfus '09 and Mike Bruno '09.

St. Lawrence's chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon, New York Epsilon, was established in 1935. The national organization is "dedicated to the promotion of mathematics and recognition of students who successfully pursue mathematical understanding."
