History Honor Society Welcomes New Members
St. Lawrence's chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society, recently welcomed 13 new members to the organization at their annual induction ceremony, held April 19, in Herring Cole Hall.
The national organization, founded in 1921, is "a professional society whose mission is to promote the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians."
