Twelve St. Lawrence University students were among those from 136
colleges and universities around the world participating in the 49th
Harvard National Model United Nations in February.
Throughout the conference, student teams were assigned countries that
are U.N. members, as they argued their positions and ideologies. The
St. Lawrence team represented Turkey, which presented an interesting
challenge in view of current world politics.
