An article by St. Lawrence University senior John B. Linsley, about market day in Kenya, has been published in the Spring 2004 issue of Abroad View Magazine.

Linsley, of Topsfield, Massachusetts, participated in St. Lawrence's program in Kenya in 2002. He was awarded a Travel Research grant by the International Programs office to complete an eco-tourism travel-study in Jinja, Uganda, over winter break in 2002. Linsley has also been invited to present some of his research at the 8th Annual African Language Teachers Association Conference.

The magazine is published by the Abroad View Foundation, which has as its stated goals "to encourage study abroad and the acquisition of foreign languages, as well as to promote global awareness and cross-cultural understanding."
