A St. Lawrence University alumna has been nominated for a businesswomen's award
in Rochester, New York.
Eliza Benington Kozlowski '86, director of communications and visitor services
at the George Eastman House museum in Rochester, was among the women nominated this
year for the Athena Award. The award honors a woman who is a leader both at work and
in the community and also has worked toward the advancement of women. The award is
sponsored by the Women's Council of the Greater Rochester Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Kozlowski is active in the American Association of Museums and the Mid-Atlantic Association
of Museums, is an admissions associate for St. Lawrence, a volunteer for Career
Development Services Inc. and a member of the Junior League of Rochester.
In 2001, three St. Lawrence alumnae were among the nominees for the prestigious award. |
