Participants in the 5K run/walk for Susan G. Komen for the Cure on Family Weekend

Over 200 people participated in a five-kilometer run/walk on Family Weekend, resulting in a donation of $2,300 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists.

Participants included members of the women's and men's cross country teams and the women's soccer team, as well as students, faculty, staff and family members. Organized and sponsored by the Advocates Program and the Panhellenic Council, the event has become a traditional part of the Family Weekend schedule.
