St. Lawrence University Dining Services has, for the third straight year, been honored by the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) for being a national leader in campus dining.

In the 2008 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards Contest, The Northstar Café was a repeat winner, with a Silver Medal in retail sales (multiple concepts/outlets). This is the third year in a row that "the pub" has won a Silver Medal in the competition.

Staff from dining services will receive the award at the national conference in July, in Washington, DC.
