Associate Vice President for Human Resources Susan M. Cypert gave a presentation at the 4th Annual HR Measures, Metrics, and Analytics Summit 2006, held in Chicago Oct. 31 through Nov. 2, by the American Strategic Management Institute.

Cypert's presentation was titled "Using 360-Degree Evaluation Methods in Employee Evaluations." She was the only presenter at the conference from the field of higher education.

The American Strategic Management Institute is "the nation's leading authority on measurement and management methodologies for improving individual and organizational performance."

Cypert is also special assistant to the president for equity programs.
