St. Lawrence students participated in internships at both the Democratic and Republican national conventions held this year.

Tyler Wright '09, of Teaneck, NJ, was one of 14 students representing the Jackie Robininson Foundation who served as interns for NBC News during the Democratic National Convention in Denver. The students took part in crafting research and maintaining archives for various NBC news programs, and assisted in the production of live coverage. Wright is a history major, with a minor in philosophy.

Arthur Anthony '11, of Millbrook, NY, participated in an internship at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul. Intern assignments there range from delegate services and convention communications to professional development activities and community service projects.
