Articles by two Class of 2009 graduates have been published in the most recent issue of Cadernos de Tradução, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Florianópolis, Brazil (Vol. 1, No 25, 2010).

Both were students in Spanish 445 (Literary Translation Workshop), with Professor of Modern Languages and Literatures Steven White.

The volume includes the following book reviews:

- "Translation and Identity in the Americans: New Directions in translation Theory," by Edwin Gentzler, by Suzanne M. Lewis '09
- "The Translator as Writer," by Susan Bassnett and Peter Bush, by Jimeyri Santiago '09

Work by many of White's former students, all accomplished in classes and workshops he teaches, has appeared in previous editions of the journal.
